Make sure all boxes are securely sealed and labeled as instructed on the 2026 Church Reporting Form.  Boxes MUST not weigh more than 40 lbs.  The 2026 Church Reporting Form needs to be filled out and given to the person checking you in at the Ingathering.  Please see attachment for the 2026 Church Reporting Form.  This form can be accessed and printed by clicking on the orange "Download Details" button.

If possible please bring someone who can help unload your boxes from your vehicle.
